Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Visp, Switzerland is seeking a Project Manager to identify critical issues, lead strategic analysis, and implement improvements across the organization.

You will partner with senior stakeholders on site to prioritize initiatives and drive successful delivery of changes in a regulated environment. The role requires a degree in engineering, science, or business, plus 1–3 years of PM experience in biotech/pharma/chemical GMP settings, with strong analytical and communications

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
• Fluency in German and English.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in biotech/pharma/chemical GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas of critical issues across the organization and lead strategic analysis to identify improvements.
• Prioritize improvements with senior stakeholders on site based on customer needs.
• Lead decision making with Site Leadership and governance structures.
• Set up governance, reporting and delivery structures for projects.
• Drive delivery and change management with SMEs, aligning with local programs.
