Qualifikationen

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• German (B2/C1) and English language proficiency required.
• MS Office skills, especially Excel, and attention to detail.
• Exposure to procurement or P2P fundamentals is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Review requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
• Create and process purchase orders.
• Check quotations, documents and approvals.
• Determine contract coverage for purchases.
• Review terms, escalate exceptions, ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain procurement and financial data accurately.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and respond to inquiries.
• Support other Purchase-to-Pay activities as needed.
