Jobup in Zurich is seeking a Junior Customer Service Associate to support day-to-day customer service and order processing, coordinate orders and shipments, and help prepare export and customs documentation. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial education (KV) or equivalent qualification.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer services, order management, or related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of ABACUS is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and VAT regulations.
• Professional fluency in German and English is essential.

Aufgaben

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate shipments and prepare export/customs documentation.
• Support inventory tracking and stock administration.
• Maintain customer master data.
• Support collection and payment follow-up activities.
• Coordinate order schedules with the Supply Chain team.
• Support invoicing activities in collaboration with the Finance team.
