Our global sales and key account management team is looking for you to join us!

You’ll be at the forefront of growing our presence in the airline industry and driving commercial success across your territory. From spotting new opportunities to nurturing long-term client relationships, you’ll own the full sales cycle and make a real impact. In this high-energy, hands-on role, you will:

  • Take the lead in customer engagement and contract negotiations, aligned with our sales objectives
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in the airline industry
  • Create and execute tailored sales strategies to expand our market share and maximize value
  • Proactively seek out and develop new business, especially outside our existing client base
  • Keep a close eye on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adapt and stay ahead
  • Represent our brand at AIX in Hamburg and client meetings, increasing visibility and fueling growth

You bring a strong commercial mindset, business acumen, and, above all, a drive to win. You thrive in fast-paced, international environments and are energized by the challenge of building relationships from the ground up. Complex situations don’t intimidate you; instead, you stay fo-cused, think clearly, and know how to uncover opportunities others miss. You’re not afraid to knock on doors, ask tough questions, and follow through until results are delivered. With a hands-on, persistent approach, you know how to open doors in different cultures, gain trust, and close deals.

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required - we value drive, mindset, and results over formal education
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Spanish, or French (written and spoken); German is an advantage
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 50%), including internationally
  • Comfortable working on the ground with clients - this is a hands-on sales role, not a desk job
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, “get-things-done” approach
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM is a bonus
  • Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset - able to spot opportunities and act on them
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated - thrives in dynamic environments and works well independently and as part of a team
