A Day in the Life

Medtronic, a leading global company in the MedTech domain, is hiring a Junior Mapping Clinical Spacialist responsible for providing proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment (Generators, SW functionalities, pump and accessories). In the role, you will provide in-service training to introduce new technologies to various hospital stakeholders and ensure technology acceptance.

Responsibilities
  • Be an active participant to the development of advanced clinical workflows.
  • Play an active role in the planning and effective installation of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and efficiently collaborate with the technical department.
  • Work closely with the education team and support the development of training centers.
  • Share clinical best practices with colleagues to continuously optimize customer experience.
  • Work with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to customer or other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular territory reviews in the account team with the Sales Manager.
  • Comply with all company trainings.
  • Participate in regional and occasionally international congresses, symposia and workshops.
