Zusammenfassung

Bechtle Schweiz AG is seeking a motivated Junior IT Administrator (50%-60%) to support the IT organization of our customer in Frasnacht, TG. The role requires German and English language skills and an ongoing or completed IT education with a strong willingness to learn.

You will assist with day-to-day IT operations, provide end-user support, and collaborate on IT projects, rollouts and infrastructure initiatives, contributing to documentation and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Ongoing or completed IT education or a comparable IT qualification.
• Ideally first professional experience in an IT role.
• Strong affinity for technology and genuine interest in new IT trends.
• High willingness to learn and ambition to develop professionally.
• Ability to acquire new knowledge independently and work through unfamiliar topics in a structured way.
• Team-oriented personality with a professional service and support mindset.
• English and German with good verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the IT team in daily operational and administrative IT tasks.
• Provide Helpdesk support to end users.
• Assist with the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT systems.
• Take ownership of smaller IT projects and drive them forward independently.
• Support IT rollouts, system changes, migrations and infrastructure initiatives.
• Maintain IT documentation, user guides and process descriptions.
