Job Responsibilities

1. Work closely with Business Owners and Digital Product Owners to gather dashboard requirements, understand data needs, and ensure proper web/app tracking for digital analytics.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights, including data preparation in the transformation layer of the data warehouse, data cloud infrastructure/BI tool configuration, data visualizations in the BI tool, and data quality assurance.
3. Assist stakeholders in using existing BI and tracking tools, as well as dashboards, to promote data literacy and self-service analytics.
4. Identify opportunities for improvement in dashboards, data warehouse, processes, and trainings to support data-driven decision-making, including tool migration and refactoring tech debt projects.
5. Collaborate within cross-functional teams to identify and solve customer pain points and pursue company OKRs.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Experience as a Data Analyst.
2. Proficiency in SQL for analytical queries in a Data Warehouse, including experience with dbt.
3. Experience using BI tools such as Tableau and/or Looker, as well as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (sGTM).
4. Additional experience in Cloud Infrastructure or Data Engineering is advantageous.
5. Experience in a customer-centric environment, preferably in e-commerce, transactional marketplace, or e-health, is advantageous.
6. Domain knowledge in marketing, business, finance, operations, or logistics is advantageous.
7. Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in an Agile environment aligned with company OKRs.
8. Languages: English required; German highly desired.
9. Must be a Registered Freelancer in Germany.
