Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Law from a Swiss university or equivalent with knowledge of Swiss law.
• Bar qualification and/or postgraduate studies in Sports Law would be advantageous.
• Internships, traineeships or professional experience in a legal environment are assets.
• Experience in contract management, compliance, governance or legal operations is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of agreements including service, procurement, partnership and confidentiality agreements.
• Support preparation and review of agreements with International Federations, Major Event Organisations, National Anti-Doping Organisations, laboratories and other stakeholders.
• Provide practical legal advice on governance, contracts, data privacy, IP, HR and compliance.
• Contribute to governance and compliance processes, including regulatory filings and reporting.
• Monitor contractual obligations, key dates and legal follow-up actions.
• Identify legal risks and support pragmatic risk management.
• Maintain legal templates, contract management tools and documentation processes.
• Prepare legal briefings, recommendations and correspondence for stakeholders.
