Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in international law or related field required.
• At least seven years of relevant professional legal experience.
• Experience with UN/Member State/EU funding agreements and MOUs desirable.
• Experience managing multinational teams in an international organization desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead on complex legal matters across international, public, private, and administrative law.
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis; prepare opinions, studies, briefs, and correspondence.
• Advise on diverse substantive and procedural questions including administration, management, procurement, and contracts.
• Draft and review complex contracts and legal documents; develop new modalities as needed.
• Advise on negotiations and settlement of claims and disputes; represent ITC in proceedings.
• Provide counsel on staff regulations; review administrative decisions and policy amendments.
• Coordinate and direct legal teams; mentor junior officers; contribute to policy design.
