Nexthink is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to design, build and deliver large-scale distributed services in a cloud-native environment. You will process billions of events, contribute to reliability and performance, and influence DevOps practices to ensure high availability in a fast-paced agile setting.

With 8+ years in Java SaaS development, you will work across microservices (Micronaut/Spring), Kafka messaging, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience as a Java developer in SaaS projects.
• Strong experience with Microservices frameworks (Micronaut or Spring).
• Expertise with messaging systems like Kafka.
• Knowledge of streaming services and distributed cache is a plus.
• Experience with AWS or another cloud provider.
• Familiar with Unit, integration and E2E tests.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills.
• Professional-level English spoken and written.

You will design, build and deliver large-scale resilient and scalable distributed services that processbillions of events, by using modern cloud-native features and techniques. Your expertise will alsocontribute to the reliability and efficiency of our platforms, influencing both our product andengineering DevOps practices in ensuring high system availability, scalability, and performance.

• Strong experience with Microservices frameworks. Micronaut or Spring frameworkwould be a plus.
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science (or equivalent), MSc preferred.
• Expertise with messaging systems like Kafka are strongly valued.
