We are looking for a Senior Java Software Engineerto work in Geneva.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure and scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) services for both cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Write and maintain clean, deployable code and ensure regular, predictable release cycles.
• Lead the technical evolution and architecture of cloud-native and on-prem systems.
• Mentor and support engineers to foster a learning and autonomous culture.
• Troubleshoot production issues, enhance platform stability, and participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Java development experience with strong coding and scalability practices.
• Solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and performance tuning.
• Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and writing optimized SQL.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native development.
• Strong focus on code quality, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Proven experience in mentoring, problem-solving, and driving complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and feedback-driven collaboration.
• Demonstrates structured thinking, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Role conditions:
