Responsibilities
Technology Management Strategy: Develop and execute an IT roadmap that aligns with KeyOpp’s business objectives.
System Integration Automation: Utilize APIs, Zapier, Make.com, and Airtable to connect and automate processes across CRM, project management, property management, and financial systems.
Real-Time KPI Development: Create dashboards and reporting tools that provide live insights into key business metrics.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to reduce manual work and improve data accuracy.
Data Management Security: Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across all systems.
Software Administration: Act as the administrator for our core platforms, ensuring proper setup, configuration, and user support.
Collaboration Support: Work cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and finance teams to optimize workflows and ensure seamless adoption of new technology.
Troubleshooting Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party technology vendors and service providers.
Protect our business from cybersecurity threats by running regular security checks.
Handle the provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts, company email, and security access as needed for onboarding or off-boarding of employees.
Help our staff solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently.
Respond quickly to technical issues so problems can be resolved and our employees can continue to work efficiently.
Configure new technology for the company, including software and applications, computer hardware and desktops, and operating systems.
Provide new employees with user accounts, company email, and security access so they complete their assigned tasks.
Run security checks on all of our systems to ensure we are protected from cybersecurity threats.
Back up all computers to make sure our files are saved in case the system crashes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Experience with API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, Airtable).
Proficiency in cloud-based business applications (Follow Up Boss, Monday.com, Buildium, QuickBooks Online, Slack, Zoom).
Strong knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
Experience in workflow automation and business process improvement.
Prior experience in real estate, property management, or financial technology is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing technical solutions to business challenges.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to work across departments and translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
Great customer service skills and passionate about helping our business succeed.
Strong understanding of Relationship Database Management Systems and proficiency with SQL and data architecture.
Able to create databases and utilize Excel spreadsheets at an advanced level.
High school diploma required, associate's degree in computer science or information technology preferred.
At least two years experience in a professional IT work environment.
Basic understanding of how to troubleshoot network systems, phone systems, Internet connectivity, and other technological equipment.
Compensation
$6 - $8 hourly
