We are seeking an experienced IT System Specialist to support and develop our client’s Citrix-based infrastructure in the Bern region, serving healthcare institutions across Switzerland. If you enjoy working in a purpose-driven environment with modern ICT systems and healthcare impact, this could be your next step.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix Cloud)
• Ensure stability, performance, and availability of Citrix infrastructure and related systems
• Monitor system health and respond to incidents and changes in the Citrix and Microsoft environment
• Participate in ICT customer projects and ensure seamless system integration
• Create and update documentation, procedures, and user guides

What You Bring

• Completed training in IT (EFZ or similar qualification)
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Citrix solutions
• Additional experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or virtualization is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness for occasional on-call and off-hours support
