Michael Page in Geneva is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy and maintain enterprise IT solutions across on‑premises, hybrid and cloud environments. You will administer highly available, secure production systems.

The role requires a minimum of five years implementing and operating complex infrastructures, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication with stakeholders. English proficiency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Administer and support highly available, secure, and scalable production systems.
• Participate in infrastructure transformation projects, including migrations, consolidations, modernization initiatives, and cloud adoption programs.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, operational best practices, and performance requirements.

Technical Expertise – Strong Knowledge Of

• Microsoft ecosystem technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Windows Server, and related cloud services.
• Infrastructure security solutions such as backup, endpoint protection, XDR, monitoring, SIEM, and identity management.
• Virtualization and containerization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Kubernetes, Docker, or equivalent technologies).
• Enterprise networking technologies, including LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless networks, load balancing, and security appliances.
• Server, storage, and compute infrastructure.
• Deployment, endpoint management, and automation tools such as Intune, MECM/SCCM, and PowerShell.
