What you'd actually work on
- Designing, deploying, and maintaining network infrastructure across international offices and data centre environments
- Managing LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, switching, and secure remote connectivity
- Supporting hybrid environments spanning on-premise infrastructure and cloud networking
- Maintaining next-generation firewalls, VPN gateways, and network security controls
- Monitoring network availability, performance, capacity, and security
- Acting as the final escalation point for complex network incidents and third-level support
- Investigating connectivity and performance issues across sites, providers, systems, and cloud environments
- Planning network capacity, hardware replacement, and infrastructure lifecycle activities
- Contributing to disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Leading network projects from technical design through implementation and operational handover
- Working with cybersecurity and platform engineering teams on shared infrastructure requirements
- Managing telecommunications providers, external service partners, and associated service levels
- Maintaining network architecture, configurations, operating procedures, and technical documentation
- Participating in an on-call rotation for critical infrastructure

What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and administration
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, LAN, WAN, and wireless technologies
- Experience designing and operating networks across multiple sites
- Practical experience with cloud-integrated and hybrid network environments
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection and prevention, and secure remote access
- Experience troubleshooting complex third-level network incidents
- Understanding of high availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Experience leading network projects and coordinating external service providers
- Familiarity with IT service management and enterprise architecture standards
- Professional-level networking certification, with advanced certification considered an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation
