About

As an IT Solutions Designer, you will play a key role in bridging IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements. By analyzing organizational needs and collaborating with IT teams, you will design practical solutions that support our mission and operational goals. You will help drive successful project outcomes by ensuring solutions meet business objectives and technical feasibility, fostering strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather detailed requirements, and support the definition of effective solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to capture and analyze business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
• Develop clear and structured documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Act as a communication bridge between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
• Contribute to solution design by working closely with IT teams to evaluate options and recommend the most suitable approach.
• Produce solution design materials such as diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation to guide implementation.
• Contribute to project planning by helping define scope, estimate timelines, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure successful delivery.

Profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in business analysis, solution design, and systems integrations.
• Good knowledge of AWS architecture and design.
• Solid working knowledge of relevant digital tools, curious about, able to learn, assimilate, and understand the impacts of current and future technologies.
• Fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills.
