Qualifikationen

• ICT University degree in computer systems design or computer science or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with 1st and 2nd level IT support (hardware and user) or internship in an IT department.
• Experience supporting connectivity, personal computers, and laptops.
• Experience with support software e.g. SharePoint, Microsoft O365.

• Provide 1st‑level user support, handle service desk tickets (TicketXpert/ITIL), perform diagnostics, and resolve issues.
• Deliver hardware/software support, set up new users and equipment, manage the device pool, and maintain documentation.
• Monitor and elevate incidents according to SLAs, collaborate with IT teams, share knowledge, and identify risks.
• Execute project tasks, analyze business requirements, and support the PM with input and estimates.
• Document requirements, work with stakeholders, deliver end‑user training, and report progress and issues.

• We are currently looking for IT Service Operation Support Junior. This role ensures the secure and reliable daily operation of the H+S Polatis Poland infrastructure while working closely with the corporate IT team. It provides on-site 1st‑level support, resolves user issues, and monitors system performance to prevent disruptions. The position involves work across 2 manufacturing plants (Nawojowa Góra and Pisary)., , Your tasks:
• Provide 1st‑level user support, handle service desk tickets (TicketXpert/ITIL), perform diagnostics, and resolve issues
• Deliver hardware/software support, set up new users and equipment, manage the device pool, and maintain documentation

Your profile
