Sigmalis Talent Services is seeking an IT Recruitment Consultant to lead the full recruitment cycle in French-speaking Switzerland. You will understand client needs, source and engage candidates, and build lasting connections with IT professionals.

You will develop sourcing strategies, publish targeted job offers, conduct structured interviews, and maintain accurate records in our ATS while collaborating with internal teams to grow our local presence and employer brand.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 5 years of IT recruitment experience in a recruitment agency or IT services in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Strong mastery of sourcing methods, direct search, and headhunting.
• Knowledge of main IT professions, job market and regional business fabric.

Aufgaben

• Understand recruitment needs, technical environments, and sought profiles.
• Define and deploy the most suitable sourcing and direct approach strategies.
• Write and publish attractive and targeted job offers.
• Identify and approach candidates via networks and headhunting techniques.
• Conduct structured interviews and write precise interview reports.
• Support candidates with professional follow-up and maintain ATS data.
