IT Production Engineer(80-100%)
As part of the modernization of our IT platform, we are looking for production engineers who will help us make the transition to DevOps technologies while supporting the current application and technical scope.
Our IT Production team (15 people, Luxembourg, and Geneva) manages an application stack within the IT Operations department (Technologies and Operations unit).
YOUR ROLE
Responsible for the testing and production of banking applications using pre-defined process frameworks
Contribution to the implementation and evolution of application platforms such as OpenShift, with a strong focus on stability and operability
Play an active role and make proposals to improve processes
Level 2/3 support for banking applications, with on-call duties
Coordinate cross-functional issues (problem management, technical projects)
Internal contacts: Integration, Databases, Systems, Network/Citrix, Development, Service Desk, Application Support, Service Management (Incidents and Problems)
External contacts: service providers and software vendors, Client's technical teams and their own external partners
YOUR PROFILE
Higher education in IT
Junior and senior profiles will be considered
Excellent command of DevOps - CI/CD tools and principles (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker...)
Good command of application development environments, languages, and tools (JAVA, JBoss, C++, Apache, IIS...)
Good command of scripting (Powershell) and scheduling
Responsible, rigorous, versatile, flexible, with good interpersonal skills
Strong team spirit, desire for continuous improvement, ability to put forward ideas
Fluent in English and French
