Fides Treasury Services seeks an IT Project Manager & PMO Specialist to plan, coordinate, monitor, and successfully deliver IT projects across the organization. You will ensure transparency, governance, and alignment with business objectives while maintaining an overview of the project portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of IT Project Management and/or PMO experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructures, applications, integrations, and operational environments.
• Familiarity with PMI/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum/SAFe frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Provide a consolidated overview of all ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Prepare regular project portfolio reports and executive dashboards for management.
• Facilitate project steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure project governance standards, methodologies, and documentation are followed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support prioritization and capacity planning across the project portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and standards.
• Maintain transparency and traceability of project status, actions, and deliverables.
• Support business case preparation, project initiation, and project closure activities.
