Zusammenfassung

Comfone, based in Bern, seeks a Senior Project Management Officer (80-100%). You will shape governance and delivery across projects, creating standards and transparent reporting for executive decisions.

You’ll work with leaders, tech teams and management to align priorities, resources and delivery. The role requires a Master’s degree and proven PMO experience in global settings; PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA and SAFe credentials are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced professional education in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or related field.
• Proven track record in project management, PMO or project governance, ideally international and tech-driven.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA are a plus; Agile certs such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or SAFe are advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to challenge constructively.
• Structured, analytical and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

Aufgaben

• Own and develop project governance, standards, methodologies, templates, and processes.
• Oversee the project portfolio, including progress, priorities, resources, costs, dependencies and risks.
• Provide clear monthly project reporting to the Executive Board to support decisions and priorities.
• Challenge and support project leaders to ensure effective planning and delivery.
• Identify and escalate key risks, dependencies, capacity constraints and delivery issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices across the organisation.
• Lead smaller or strategic projects when required.
