Qualifikationen

• Hands-on IT / corporate engineering experience in a fast-growing startup.
• macOS fleet management with MDM (Iru, Jamf) and zero-touch provisioning.
• Identity and access administration with an IdP, including SSO/SAML and SCIM-based automation.
• Scripting and automation (Python, shell) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• A security mindset for workforce systems: access, endpoints, and usability tradeoffs.
• Nice-to-have: experience running an MDM migration or standardizing a fleet.

Aufgaben

• Own the full endpoint lifecycle for the fleet: purchasing, issuance, setup, management, and retrieval.
• Complete the MDM migration across the endpoint fleet.
• Own identity and access across our SaaS stack with automated joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle.
• Build automation and internal tooling to remove routine manual work.
• Define IT infrastructure as code with version-controlled configuration and provisioning.
• Implement and maintain identity, access, and endpoint security controls.
• Provide workplace tech support in Freiburg and remote support for our SF office.
• Manage video conferencing equipment across offices.
• Develop tooling and reporting turning endpoint metrics into an operational health picture.
