Zusammenfassung

Swissquote is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to lead macOS and mobile device management with Intune and Defender for Endpoint across Windows, macOS and mobile platforms. You will design enrollment, compliance policies and deployment workflows while ensuring security and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with Security and IT teams to advance automation, policy effectiveness and reporting, shaping the endpoint security posture for a fast-growing digital bank.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in endpoint engineering or modern workplace roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune administration.
• Experience managing macOS devices in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing iOS, iPadOS and Android devices using enterprise MDM.
• Strong understanding of device compliance policies and enrollment methods.
• Experience implementing and operating Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience with Windows and macOS application packaging and deployment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access integration.
• Experience troubleshooting endpoint, OS and device management issues.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Scripting experience: PowerShell, Bash, Mac Shell Scripts or Python.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and ADE, Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Jamf Pro or comparable Apple management platforms.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary technical specialist for macOS, iOS, iPadOS and Android endpoint management.
• Design, implement and maintain device management with Intune and platform-native tech.
• Manage Apple Business Manager integration, ADE and device lifecycle processes.
• Manage Android Enterprise enrollment models and administration.
• Ensure devices are enrolled, compliant and supported throughout their lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot device management and configuration issues across platforms.
• Provide documentation for endpoint admins, Service Desk and stakeholders.
