You will coordinate the development of services, balance business requirements with technical possibilities, and work with internal teams and external partners to implement robust, cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience managing business-critical IT services.
• Familiar with IT service management and ITIL; incident, problem and change management.
• Brings stakeholders together and creates viable solutions between business, IT and external partners.
• Independent and well organized with an ability to maintain an overview when things are not yet defined.
• Experience with budgets, contracts, service providers or audits; knowledge of the utility or energy sector is an advantage.
• With empathy, a convincing manner and good German skills, you support collaboration and help shape the development of the new services.

• You are responsible for stable, economical and compliant IT business services for the current and future utility platform.
• You accompany projects and are responsible for the orderly transfer of new or changed services into operation.
• You coordinate the further development of business services and bring together requirements from the business with technical possibilities.
• You ensure disruptions are dealt with promptly and sustainable solutions are implemented with internal teams and external partners.
• You coordinate governance requirements and audits with the involved parties.
• You strategically manage budgets, costs, contracts and agreed services with a view to customer satisfaction, quality and cost-effectiveness.
