IT Business Manager IAM

Aufgaben

1. On the business-side, design and implementation of projects within the Group IAM.
2. Implementation of processes including governance with Group policies.
3. Sub-projects include data management, harmonization of source data systems, definition of profiles, control frameworks and assessments in coordination with the departments.
4. Business-side design and implementation of change-the-bank projects in the course of IAM system optimizations and transfer to "run-the-bank" activities in the operation of the IAM Competence Center.
5. Planning of training concepts for IAM support.
6. Optimization and improvement of existing IAM processes and systems, including ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

1. Master studies in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
2. Professional experience in the field of IAM at an international bank, an insurance company or in consulting.
3. Knowledge of an IAM software.
4. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
5. Professional experience with complex system landscapes with their processes, software and governance.
6. Experience in working with different stakeholders in the group.
7. Analytical thinking.
8. Independent, process and result oriented personality.
9. Team oriented.
10. Presentation skills.
11. German and English.
