Join our expert Consulting team, located in Thun, where you will be instrumental in shaping the secure and future-proof ICT landscapes for our key clients. Your Impact & Key Responsibilities:

As a senior IT Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Architectural Leadership: Spearhead the planning, creation, and continuous evolution of resilient, future-proof ICT architectures for critical enterprise and data center environments.
• Confidential Project Ownership: Assume full architectural responsibility for highly sensitive and classified customer projects, ensuring secure and compliant development.
• Architectural Governance & Quality: Define, implement, and champion architectural quality standards, guiding both clients and agile project teams through rigorous design reviews.
• Integration & Conformity: Verify architectural conformity with existing complex customer environments, ensuring seamless integration and operational integrity.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, actively fostering knowledge transfer and best practices across all involved teams.

What You Bring:

• Architectural Acumen: A degree in computer science or a related discipline, or substantial professional experience complemented by relevant advanced training.
• Data Centre Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the design, build, and evolution of data centre architectures, including an understanding of underlying infrastructure (networking, compute, storage).
• Data Appreciation: A strong understanding and appreciation for data architecture, data flow, and the security considerations surrounding critical data assets.
• Client & Consulting Experience: Proven experience as a consultant working directly on-site with customers, or a strong willingness and capability to fulfil this client-facing role.
• Complex Problem Solving: Ability to visualise, analyse, and present complex technical structures and processes clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Strategic Vision: Capacity to contribute to and drive the architectural roadmap, aligning technology with long-term strategic objectives.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with clients, development teams, and security experts.
