Zusammenfassung

Hexagon Robotics, a division of Hexagon, seeks a Quality Manager to build and own an ISO 9001 compliant QMS from the ground up. You’ll work hands‑on to write processes, run reviews, and ensure cross‑functional delivery aligned with certification milestones.

You will collaborate with Product Certification, QA and Production teams to embed quality planning, testing, approval, and CAPA. Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage for this international role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical/scientific field and hands‑on quality experience.
• Proven track record in setting up or scaling a QMS and achieving ISO 9001 readiness.
• Experience with internal/external audits and CAPA processes.

• Build and implement an ISO 9001–compliant QMS across the organisation.
• Own QMS operations and drive day‑to‑day quality activities.
• Define requirements, monitor adherence, and hold functions accountable.
