The role blends hands-on coding (C++/Python) with people leadership, hiring, performance reviews, and process improvements. You will enable cross-functional collaboration with robotics, QA, and product teams to translate requirements into reliable software

Qualifikationen

• Proven line management experience including coaching and career development.
• Hands-on software engineering background with C++ and/or Python on Linux.
• Experience designing and shipping complex distributed or real-time systems.

• Lead and grow a team of software engineers for the Mission Control subsystem.
• Hands-on contributor to design and implementation (C++/Python) while enabling the team.
• Define technical direction and drive architectural alignment with the Tech Lead.
