What it's about

The Investor Services Team within Partners Group is responsible for the timely and flawless response to our clients' queries as well as distributing high-quality client communication. In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the team covers a variety of topics across private markets.

As Investor Services Junior Specialist your tasks will comprise the handling of moderate complexity tasks (ad hoc and recurring) as well as performing 4-eye checks on deliverables produced by your peers.

What we expect

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, financial management, business administration or marketing
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry
• Fluent English as well as experience and confidence in client communication (written and verbal)
• Independently delivers on assigned tasks, duties and responsibilities fulfilling the Investor Services task catalogue within the prescribed timelines and producing the highest quality
• Actively seeking support within the team and line managers to excel learning and closing knowledge gaps
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset adept at thriving in dynamic environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective and reliable team player
