Job summary

pixon engineering AG in Basel is seeking an experienced project manager to lead technical investment projects in a GxP-regulated environment. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, interface with customers and internal departments, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery with quality across all phases.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, contract handling, and continuous improvement, with travel to customer sites as needed and exposure to exciting pharmaceutical/chemical projects.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in engineering or similar field.
• 3–5 years of experience in managing technical investment projects.
• Experience with external sub-planners is a plus.
• Strong project management and execution knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Management of investment projects of varying sizes in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and interface with customers and internal departments.
• Ensure deadlines, costs and quality across all project phases.
• Promote information flow, team spirit and holistic project management.
• Oversee tenders, contract awards and processing; risk and safety analyses.
• Support project acquisition with quotation preparation and calculation.
• Implement lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
