We are seeking an experienced and driven (Senior) Investment Manager with a strong background in venture capital and early stage investing or experience as a founder of a venture-backed startup to join our team.

What you can expect:

• Sourcing and evaluating early-stage fintech opportunities through in-depth market research and due diligence.
• Assessing startups' potential by reviewing business models, pitch decks, financials, and team capabilities.
• Leading deal structuring and negotiations in alignment with our strategic goals and values.
• Building a strong pipeline by developing and maintaining a robust network across the European fintech ecosystem.
• Supporting portfolio companies post-investment, including strategic guidance, growth support, and performance monitoring.

We are looking for:

• 3-4+ years of experience in venture capital and early stage investing, with a successful track record of investments in startups, or founder of a high-growth venture-backed startup
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct financial modeling
• Effective communication and presentation skills to pitch investment opportunities, convey complex concepts, and build relationships with entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and structuring investment deals that reflect strategic fit and long-term alignment.
• Strong understanding of the fintech sector, including emerging technologies, business models, and regulatory dynamics.
• Fluency in German is highly desirable, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) are preferred but not required.
