Job summary

MSD in Lucerne, Switzerland, invites graduates or master students to join a 12-month Internship in Process & Support Operations. The role requires full-time presence at the site to support manufacturing and to integrate into an existing team.

You will assist with operational management of multinational projects, data entry, GMP/EHS adherence, and support upstream/downstream activities under supervision, with exposure to SAP and continuous improvement tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in biotechnology, chemical engineering, or related discipline.
• Well-organised, structured and independent way of working.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland if required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal German and English skills.

This is an internship within the Process & Support Operations group at our company in the greater Lucerne area. This position requires full-time physical presence at the site to support manufacturing and to enable optimal integration into an existing team.

As a member of the growing manufacturing team at our company, you will be responsible for supporting various activities related to the implementation and GMP manufacturing of early-phase clinical therapies.

Your responsibilities:
