Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks an experienced HEOR leader to drive international market access from our Zug office. You will lead HTA submissions, oversee non-interventional studies, and align health economic evidence with clinical value across multiple international markets.

The role requires collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams, strong modelling skills, and travel ~10%. A PhD is preferred, with 9+ years in HEOR or 7+ years with a PhD.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred or MSc/MPH with 9+ years HEOR experience.
• Experience leading HTA submissions and pricing negotiations across Europe.
• Strong skills in health economics modelling and PROs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the international HEOR strategy across markets.
• Design and oversee non-interventional studies and registries.
• Lead early payer engagement with HTA bodies and inform dossiers.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
• Provide health economic modelling to support pricing and reimbursement.
