Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead consolidation, reporting, controls, and FP&A across a growing multi-entity group in Switzerland. You will bridge CFO and accounting teams while driving finance transformation in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical accounting expertise, and the ability to scale processes across entities and geographies. Fluent French and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting within international multi-entity environments.
• Experience managing financial reporting, consolidation, accounting operations, and audits.
• Previous experience in Switzerland is required.
• Strong tax knowledge including VAT, corporate income tax, and transfer pricing.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and continuously improve group-wide month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee quarterly consolidation and management reporting across all entities.
• Ensure timely production of accurate and reliable financial information.
• Develop reporting packages and KPIs to support executive decision-making.
• Lead accounting teams in Geneva and selected international subsidiaries.
• Coordinate annual external audits and liaise with auditors and advisors.
• Oversee tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing) and treasury.
• Evaluate and enhance finance tools, systems, and automation initiatives.
• Develop FP&A foundations and partner with operational leaders and exec team.
