• 5–7 years in Big 4 or equivalent advisory or senior technical accounting role.

• Advise clients on IFRS/US GAAP and complex reporting standards.
• Lead engagements from scope to delivery and manage risk.
• Support M&A accounting, IPO readiness, and capital markets services.
• Develop Swiss practice growth and client proposals.
