Page Executive is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a well-established international consumer products group based in Ticino, Switzerland. The role leads Finance, Controlling, Accounting, and Administrative functions and partners with the General Manager to drive value creation.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, risk management, and finance transformation initiatives while mentoring the finance team and collaborating with senior leaders across the group.

To support its next phase of development, our client is seeking an experienced and business-oriented Chief Financial Officer to act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and contribute to long-term value creation.

Job Description

• Lead the Finance, Controlling, Accounting, and Administrative functions of the organization.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
• Manage investment planning and capital expenditure monitoring.
• Ensure the timely preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including costs, margins, profitability, and operational efficiency indicators.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for value creation and business improvement.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the Finance and Administration team.
• Ensure effective treasury, cash flow, risk management, and compliance processes.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, process improvements, and digitalization projects.
• Contribute to cross-functional and group-wide strategic projects.
• Serve as a key member of the leadership team and provide support to executive management when required.

The Successful Applicant

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by relevant professional qualifications.
• Approximately 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership positions, including significant exposure to operational and commercial business environments.
• Trilingue candidates required: fluency in English, in German and in Italian. Only trilingual candidates can be considered
• Proven track record as a hands-on finance executive with strong expertise in financial performance management, cost optimization, cash flow management, and profitability improvement.
• Strong business partnering capabilities, with experience influencing strategic decisions and supporting organizational growth.
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, consumer products, or similarly operational environments is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of operational drivers, cost structures, margin analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of modern ERP systems and advanced financial analysis tools
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, excellent analytical skills, and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
