• Complete handling of customer enquiries and orders via shops, e-mail, project business, etc.
• Support and advise customers
• Respond to price enquiries, create standard quotations and process orders
• Support sales consultants, account managers and key account managers
• Create general sales correspondence and shipping documents
• Process visit reports as well as maintain customer and master data
• Send samples and documentation
