Zusammenfassung

Tecan Austria GmbH is seeking a Marketing Trainee (6 months, 100%) to join the Partnering Business Division in Zurich. You will drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support sales through innovative marketing initiatives in an international setting.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in business/marketing/data science, with 0-2 years of related experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Qualifikationen

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Science, or Information Systems.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or professional), ideally at least one completed internship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
• Experience with KPI dashboards or data visualization is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• A strong analytical mindset and data-driven marketing interest.
• A detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative working style.

Trainee in Marketing – Fix-Term, 6 months (100%)

Responsibilities

• Support integrated and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage targeted customers and generate qualified leads
• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinate campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, digital ads, and webinars, ensuring consistency across touch points
• Track, analyze and report campaign performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Contribute to the development of marketing dashboards and reporting tools to visualize performance metrics and insights
• Maintain and improve CRM data quality for accurate segmentation and lead tracking
• Contribute to brand awareness activities, including digital content creation, market insights and competitor research
• Support marketing-related events and internal communication activities
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Branding teams

Qualifications
