Job Description
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to the Executive Management and Leadership team.
- Conduct a full diagnostic review of the HR function, including people, policies, processes, and tools across global operations.
- Design and recommend a scalable HR operating model aligned with the company's commercial strategy and operational footprint in premium consumer goods distribution.
- Provide expert guidance on legal and compliance matters
- Support and coach local HR teams across affiliates to build capability and ensure alignment of practices.
- Evaluate and advise on technology and process improvements for HR data management and reporting.
- Lead or support the following HR areas: Compensation & Benefits: Review and refine compensation frameworks; define salary structures and variable incentive programs tailored to regional markets.
- Lead or support talent acquisition for strategic roles aligned with the business plan, while driving a consistent and evolving performance management process.
- Oversee HR-related budgeting, including personnel cost forecasting and budget control. Additionally, develop and implement modern HR policies that align with evolving business needs.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of global HR practices, ensuring the company operates with legal confidence and cultural sensitivity.
The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years senior HR leadership or consulting experience, ideally in international and evolving environments.
- A strong track record in interim, transformation, or HR advisory roles.
- Experience building or restructuring HR functions, especially in mid-sized or family-owned businesses.
- Hands-on expertise across key HR domains: compensation, recruitment, performance, policy, and compliance.
- Proven ability to advise C-level stakeholders, influence executive decisions, and build trust quickly.
- Experience with M&A, organizational change, and supporting multi-country HR operations.
- Fluent English
- A discreet, pragmatic, and collaborative style with a strong focus on execution and results.
