As part of the Global Integrated Medical Engagement chapter in PDMA, we focus on the evolution of medical engagement and the tools, processes, and mindsets required for the future. We bridge the gap between today’s standards and a future defined by personalised, scientific exchange.
As a Change Management Lead, you will be a "Catalyst" for organisational transformation. You will ensure that our medical network successfully navigates shifts in how we communicate and engage with customers by addressing both systemic requirements and day-to-day implications for individuals. This is a highly collaborative role, working across PDMA, GIME, and our global affiliate medical network to make our new engagement frameworks a sustainable reality.
