You bring German and English fluency, 1–5 years of transformation/business analysis/IT experience, and a hands‑on, pragmatic approach to design, build and change within complex programs.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in German and English is required at business level.
• 1–5 years of work experience in transformation, business analysis or IT.
• Exposure to core platform transformations and change implementations.
• Ability to work in an agile, international environment with cross‑cultural teams.

• Deliver transformations in scope, time and budget.
