Job summary

PricewaterhouseCoopers Schweiz in Zurich is seeking professionals to support insurance transformation journeys, assisting project managers, product owners and sponsors on core platform transformations and business change initiatives.

You will advise on project governance, apply business understanding to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and adhere to regulatory requirements. The role offers cross-border exposure with PwC teams globally.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English.
• 1–5 years of work experience in transformation management or business analysis.
• Experience with core platform transformations and business change projects in FS/insurance IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers, product owners and sponsors in core platform transformations.
• Provide independent perspective on Insurance transformations and governance.
• Help deliver transformations within scope, time and budget while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Develop skills in driving and delivering global transformation projects within PwC Switzerland, Zurich.
• Collaborate with client teams and PwC interdisciplinary teams across Switzerland and abroad.
