Join our team as Insurance Partnerships Director (m/f/d) in Zurich!

As Insurance Partnerships Director (m/f/d), you will be responsible for implementing and executing the relationship strategies with key brokers, insurers, and travel management companies to drive sales as well as retention cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elaborate and execute the partnerships agenda with brokers, insurance, and travel management companies
  • Implement channel management strategies with brokers, insurance, and travel management companies to optimise the channel mix and distribution to our prospect base and clients
  • Develop partner channels for accelerating the non-shared to shared client agenda, new business acquisition, upselling, and client retention
  • Manage the relationship with travel management companies and drive a referral generation agenda with them
  • Develop and implement local direct billing agreements with key insurers
About You
  • Proven experience in an insurance sales or brokerage senior role
  • Experience in B2B consultative/solution selling in service industries to large multinational corporations across various industry verticals
  • Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment
  • Strategic thinker, excellent negotiator, strong communicator, natural networker, and team player
  • Fluent verbal and written German and English; French is advantageous
  • University degree or comparable qualification
