Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to the production of the next edition of the Future of Growth report, with a particular focus on the data analysis underpinning the report’s findings.

  • Support a broader portfolio of editorial and data products in the economic domain, including white papers, surveys, scenario exercises, and action-oriented toolkits and playbooks.

  • Develop analyses, presentations, data visualizations and proposals that help convert insights into engagement and collaboration with governments, businesses, academia, civil society and the wider public.

  • Maintain a focus on ambitious engagement and impact outcomes; track and report progress using both quantitative and qualitative metrics.

  • Support the curation and coordination of insight project communities and contributors, expanding and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements and preferred experience

  • Advanced university degree in economics, econometrics, social sciences or a related field, with a strong grounding in quantitative research methodologies.

  • At least three years of relevant experience in economic analysis, research or policy, ideally spanning more than one sector (business, government, international organizations, think tanks, etc).

  • Demonstrated experience working on large-scale insight or thought leadership projects, turning complex economic data into strategic insights, visualizations and narratives for senior, non-technical audiences.

  • Fluency with statistical tools (R, Python, etc); advanced Excel; experience with survey design and benchmarking frameworks is a plus.

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills; attention to detail; the ability to synthesize diverse viewpoints into clear outputs.

  • Knowledge of the global economic agenda and experience with public-private collaboration in this space.

  • Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills; able to write clearly and concisely under tight deadlines.

  • Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, matrixed environment.
