MSC Cruises is seeking a Product Innovation Manager – New Builds Analytics to own the analytical foundation for space allocation, performance modelling, and concept evaluation across new build programmes. You will partner with Experience, Revenue, Design, Newbuild, and Operations to produce decision-ready insights and maintain a centralized data repository.

The role demands strong consulting experience, exceptional analytics, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in management consulting, strategy, analytics, or business design; cruise/hospitality exposure preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skill to structure problems and synthesize data into insights.
• Advanced Excel; Tableau/Power BI experience preferred.
• Experience in quantitative modelling, scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Experience handling space-related data (e.g. square metres, capacity planning).
• Fluent in English; travel 20–30%.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the full analytical framework for new build product innovation, including space allocation, performance metrics, and benchmarking.
• Own governance of onboard space allocation, ensuring consistency and alignment across stakeholders.
• Act as the central point of expertise for quantitative analyses related to new ship concepts and venue planning.
• Build, maintain, and improve models to support decision-making across concept development and prioritisation.
• Lead the allocation and optimisation of onboard space, balancing guest experience and revenue potential.
• Provide quantitative input into major design and investment decisions.
