Jobup in Neuchâtel region seeks a Vision Engineer to support customers in real production environments, ensuring vision system performance, reliability and long-term stability on automated assembly lines.

You will troubleshoot complex challenges, optimize system performance and drive continuous improvements, directly impacting productivity, product quality and customer satisfaction, while collaborating with engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microtechnology, Automation, Industrial IT, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in industrial vision systems or automated equipment.
• Knowledge of Cognex, Keyence, or similar solutions is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel (10-30%).
• Fluent in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced technical support for vision systems installed at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to optics, lighting, image acquisition, and processing.
• Perform on-site and remote interventions to restore and optimize system performance.
• Analyze production data and identify root causes of performance deviations.
• Optimize existing systems in terms of robustness, repeatability, and reliability.
• Support critical project phases at customer site (ramp-up, stabilization, external acceptance tests).
• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to escalated issues and contribute to product improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation (configurations, parameters, software).
• Deliver customer training and technical knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, tools, and vision standards.

As a Vision Engineer in Customer Service, you are a key technical expert supporting customers in real production environments. Profile
