Zusammenfassung

OWT is a strategy and technology consulting firm headquartered in Zurich, driving AI adoption with expertise in LLMs and modern software architectures. We seek a Lead Software Engineer to guide design, development, and DevSecOps pipelines while mentoring teams across Swiss clients.

Based in our Zurich office, you will partner with clients to transform solutions using Spring Boot/.NET, cloud services and modern frontend stacks, fostering learning and delivery excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science or a related field with at least 7 years of development experience and proven Agile leadership.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot or .NET; Angular/React is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent design; RAG is a plus.
• Good knowledge of web architectures, REST services and security best practices (OWASP, JWT, authorization management).
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Solid hands-on experience with Docker; understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps culture.
• Fluency in German and English (minimum C1); French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Take part in the entire project lifecycle: from requirements analysis to production, including design, development, quality assurance and operational support.
• Contribute to defining the technical architecture and set up CI/CD pipelines, applying agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe) and a DevSecOps culture.
• Mentor developers and foster a continuous learning environment.

We are strengthening our team of experts and looking for a passionate Lead Software Engineer to drive transformation across leading Swiss organizations, based in our Zurich office.

Your mission

• Lead the design and delivery of software solutions leveraging Claude, Claude Code and engineering best practices
