Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer – Vulnerability, DevOps & Automation in Switzerland. You will strengthen security, reliability, and automation of large-scale Windows and Linux infrastructure across production and non-production environments.

You will take ownership of vulnerability remediation and automated OS patching initiatives, collaborating with IT stakeholders to ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and highly available while advancing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Experience with large-scale Windows and Linux environments.
• DevOps practices and Git-based repositories.
• Automation using Ansible or similar tools.
• Proven vulnerability remediation experience.
• Experience with patching in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automation pipelines.
• Experience with API automation and integration tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead vulnerability remediation across Windows and Linux servers.
• Plan and support automated OS patching with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with risk management and IT stakeholders to validate systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and prioritize remediation work.
• Support change management via ServiceNow change requests.
• Troubleshoot patching/remediation issues affecting stability.
• Develop and improve infrastructure automation for efficiency.
• Engage with DevOps communities to share best practices.
• Proactively address infrastructure vulnerabilities to maintain compliance.
• Communicate patching schedules and expectations clearly.
• Mentor peers in vulnerability and DevOps teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Git.
