Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking a senior program leader to drive industrialisation of a photonic IC platform. You will bridge R&D, process engineering and external foundries to enable high-volume production.

You will own scope, budgets and schedules, mitigate technical risks and manage multi-party vendor relationships, while guiding governance and KPI dashboards across teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in photonics, microelectronics, semiconductor physics, materials science or related field.
• Proven hands-on track record in semiconductor or photonic IC fabrication and manufacturing.
• Experience in new product introduction, yield ramp-up and wafer-scale fabrication scaling.
• Strong leadership of multi-stakeholder hardware and process development projects.
• Experience managing external strategic partners and foundries, including contract scoping and audits.

Responsibilities

Your tasks

• Drive the transition of an advanced photonics technology from pilot stage to high-volume, high-yield manufacturing

What you bring

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in photonics, microelectronics, semiconductor physics, materials science or related engineering field
• Hands-on track record in semiconductor or photonic integrated circuit fabrication and manufacturing
• Experience in new product introduction, yield ramp-up and wafer-level fabrication scaling
• Proven leadership of multi-stakeholder, technically complex hardware and process development projects
• Experience managing external strategic partners and foundries, including contract scoping and audits
• Fluent professional English required; knowledge of French is an asset
• PMP, Prince2 or Agile certification is a plus
