Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Experience in industrial testing, automated testing systems, production engineering, or industrial automation environments.
• Proven track record in business development, market analysis, and Go‑to‑Market planning.
• Strong combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen; additional business or sales knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience working with industrial technologies, manufacturing processes, and/or IoT‑related solutions.
• Fluency in English (C1); German and other languages are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Drive business development activities across Industrial Testing markets, owning market analysis and identifying new opportunities to meet growth targets.
• Define target markets, applications, and key accounts, ensuring alignment of sales and marketing activities.
• Build relationships with strategic customers and ecosystem partners, support key accounts, and coordinate global engagements (up to 20% travel).
• Act as the technical and commercial expert for Industrial Testing applications, providing market insights and support to sales teams.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive gaps, and emerging technologies, translating insights into input for Product Management.
